.......Ashwagandha, one of the most powerful herbs in Ayurvedic healing, has been used since ancient times for a wide variety of conditions. The ashwagandha root is also reported to have a smell reminiscent of horse sweat. I have trouble sleeping I am a very light sleeper and tend to toss and turn. I am also somewhat of a night owl and since taking ashwaganda I've had better and normal sleep patterns and get better rem sleep.
I started taking Ashwaganda and it has definitely improved my life, I can tell you that I can handle stress in a better way and it has me more mellow and relaxed and focused. I am taking other healthy supplements so not sure if those are helping along as well but yeah it's great ! I recommend. I take it in the morning before work.
